We have moved to Arbiter Pay. If you are not currently set up in Arbiter Pay, please check out these resources. This is a more secure and expedited process for both officials and schools.

If you DO NOT want to use Arbiter Pay, we ask that you follow the steps below to submit your request for payment. Please know that it can take up to six weeks to get checks through the process and to your mailbox. If you have any questions, please reach out to Nicole.Hartert@HopkinsSchools.org. 

1. Complete the online voucher, and
2. Have an up-to-date W-9 on file with the district

The Hopkins School District, in compliance with the IRS, requires all event workers and officials who are district employees be paid through payroll. Payment may take up to six weeks to be distributed.
