Officials Payment Voucher

Thank you for officiating at Hopkins High School!

Your time, energy, and patience to the sport is greatly appreciated.

Follow the steps below to submit your request for payment. Please know that it can take up to 30 days to get checks through the process and to your mailbox. If you have any questions, please reach out to Nicole.Hartert@HopkinsSchools.org. 

  1. Complete the online voucher, and
  2. Have an up-to-date W-9 on file with the district

The Hopkins School District, in compliance with the IRS, requires all event workers and officials who are district employees be paid through payroll. Payment may take up to one month to be distributed.
