Fall Sports Registration is Open

Registration is now open. Please review the steps below in order to be set up for success to start the registration process today.

Hopkins High School, Hopkins West Middle School, and Hopkins North Middle School are upgrading our athletics and activities management platform. We are transitioning to Bound Registration —a modern, all-in-one digital platform for student registration, scheduling, and ticketing. This will require all families to create a new Bound Account (see step #1 below).

Moving forward, all activity and athletic registrations will take place through Bound. To get our school community ready, all families must complete the steps below to set up their new "Bound Family Account."

Step 1: Create Your Bound Family Account (all families must do this)

Create Your Bound Account
During this quick setup, you will add your children to your profile and link them using their Hopkins Student ID.

Note: You must have your student(s) ID. Please ensure you use your child's official student ID to ensure accurate roster and school syncing. You can find your student ID by logging into Infinite Campus.

Step 2: Upload Your Student's Physical

Upload Your Students Physical: Per MSHSL rules, sports physicals are valid for three years. If your child’s physical expires at any point during the upcoming fall season, they will need a new one to participate.

  • The Big Change: You no longer need to drop physical forms off at the AD office, or email us a copy! You will now upload them directly via the Bound website or mobile app. After they are uploaded, our team will verify the date and submission.
  • Existing Physicals: If your student participated in any activities last year and had a valid sports physical that was in Affinety/EduTrack, that should populate on your bound account. If it is not already tied to your account, you will need to upload a new and valid sports physical. Sports Physicals are good for three years and must cover the entire duration of the season you are registering for.
  • Review Upload Your Students Physical for step-by-step instructions on how to upload a physical.

Step 3: Download the Bound App

Get connected on the go! Download the Bound app to your mobile device using Download the Bound App. Moving forward, you will use this app (or desktop) for all future registrations, ticket purchases, and live schedule checks.

Step 4: Register for a Sport/Activity

  • After you’ve set up your account and uploaded, you are now ready to register for Fall Sports.
  • Follow the steps to register online or use this link to find details on how to register via the Bound App
  • When beginning your registration process, make sure that you are beginning the process at the school in which your student is enrolled. For example, a West Middle School student registering for either a HS Sport or a Middle School Sport needs to begin their registration on the West Middle School page, NOT the High School Page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I qualify for free or reduced lunch?
We have worked with our Nutrition Department to have that information automatically included into Bound for those that have disclosed that information. Your qualifying fee should be automatically applied to your registration. If that is not showing up on your checkout process, please contact Jean-Paul-Frederick@hopkinsschools.org If you need to still apply for Educational Benefits, please visit the Hopkins Nutrition webpage.

What if my student doesn’t make the team or changes their mind?
We will process full refunds for any cuts or athletes that decide not to participate. Please contact Jean-Paul-Frederick@hopkinsschools.org with any questions.

How do I make sure my family max is applied?
Family Max should be automatically applied to your registration once the $800 threshold has been met.
