Data Privacy Disclaimer

Some of our activities utilize a digital resource to record and analyze scholar performance.  These tools may not be in compliance with data privacy requirements in state statute due to some data types collected. The data may be shared outside of Hopkins Public Schools. Upon registration for programs using this digital resource, a disclaimer is presented for parents & caregivers to digitally sign.

Register online to participate in upcoming activities

Scholars must register online prior to participate in any Hopkins Public School activity or sport.

Prior to registration, please make sure of the following:

  • Scholar is fully enrolled in Hopkins Schools
  • Copy of physical exam on file at HHS, WMS or NMS (must be within the last 3 years) and span the entirety of the season the athlete is participating in.
    • If you are unsure about the status of your physical, you can view physical dates by logging into your family account in the registration system, or you can call/email the athletics office. 

If you need to submit a new physical, please fax it to 952-988-4546 or email it to Nicole.Hartert@HopkinsSchools.org. Please allow 24-48 hours for your physical to be updated in the system. 

Participation Fees:

  • Participation fees can be found on the Athletic Opportunities document or within the registration process. Fees should be paid online during the registration process. Reach out to the Activities Office if you prefer to pay your fees in person.

Athletic Opportunities 

  • Fee is due before a scholar can participate in an activity.
  • ALL outstanding Activity fees must be paid before a scholar can participate in another activity.

If you are having difficulty registering, it may be one of the following. Please contact the activities office.

  • Expired physical exam (see info above for submitting new physical)
  • Lack of current district enrollment
  • Outstanding fees
  • Lack of verification of free or reduced lunch eligibility
