Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are needed during Spirit Shop Store hours. If you have a few hours a month and would like an opportunity to interact with students, help order letter jackets, and/or have expertise in retail, merchandising, advertising or finance – the Hopkins Spirit Shop would like to talk to you. A variety of apparel, from youth to adult sizes, as well as spirit gear is sold to provide funding to support the educational and extra-curricular programs of Hopkins High School.

Volunteers are needed at pop-up shops that are held throughout the year. The Spirit Shop loves to travel to events to spread the Hopkins Spirit throughout the district. We set up a pop-up shop at special events. These include our Super Saturday sales, and a variety of athletic, music and drama performances, school open houses, and conferences.

High school students are encouraged to apply to volunteer in the Hopkins Spirit Shop.  This opportunity gives students a unique experience to be involved with their school district in a fun, casual, and positive environment. Students need to apply and undergo an interview process very similar to what they can expect from a job application process. This opportunity can be used on student’s resumes for college or future job applications.
